Packing Up the Bags

My suit cases are quickly filling up as I am rummaging around the house trying to figure out what to bring, and what to leave behind... what shoes will I need (more like want), which tops to bring, and how chilly will the weather get in December.  My flight will be departing the United States on Wednesday the 31st of August which means I will be sleeping on a long flight to my first destination, Amsterdam! There, I have a short layover, which will hopefully allow me enough time to catch my next flight to Nice! Once I arrive in France, my program has arranged airport pick up for me, which will bring me to my apartment in Antibes. The apartment I will be living in for the next few months is just off the Mediterranean Sea with three other girls from the United States.  I have met all of them on Facebook and I am very eager to meet them!  We are all extremely interested in traveling throughout Europe and have discussed various places already!  For those of you who are worried for my safety (mom), I have recently been equipped with some serious pepper spray, which I will be carrying around with me at all times.  I am getting VERY excited to have new experiences, which I will be sharing on this blog from this point on!  I will post all of my awesome adventures on here, and my pictures on Facebook!
